AIR BATU CAMPUR (ABC)

abc is ice blended and mixed with fruits,Formerly, it was made of only shaved ice and red beans.

TEH TARIK



Teh tarik (literally "pulled tea") is a hot Indian milk tea beverage which can be commonly found in restaurants, outdoor stalls and kopi tiams in southeastern Asian countries of Malaysia and Singapore. Its name is derived from the pouring process of "pulling" the drink during preparation. It is made from black tea, condensed milk and evaporated milk. It is also considered as the national drink of Malaysia. It cost about RM3.00 only.

KERABU MANGGA



This dish is Malaysia’s answer to Thai’s Manggo Salad. Great on its own or as a side dish to grilled fish.
Directions:
Combine seasoning ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Stir in all shredded ingredients.
Place unto serving bowl and sprinkle garnishing.
Serve with any seafood curry meals, fried chicken or grilled fish.

Sup Ekor is popular among the Malays but has gained popularity with the rest of Malaysians probably owing to its nutritional value. Sup Tulang literally translates to "Soup Bones", is an Indian Muslim dish consisting of lamb bones swimming in bloody-red gravy. It is normally served with baguette pieces to mop up the gravy. IKAN BAKAR



Ikan bakar is a generic term to refer various kinds of Indonesian and Malaysian dish of charcoal-grilled fish or other forms of seafoods. Ikan bakar literally means "burned fish" in Malay and Indonesian.As an archipelagic nation ikan bakar is very popular in Indonesia, especially in its eastern region; Sulawesi and Maluku where most of the people work as fishermen, and both areas have a vast sea which brings them different kind of seafood.Usually, the fish is marinated with mixture of spices pastes, and sometimes with belacan or kecap manis (sweet soy sauce) and then grilled; sometimes protected with a sheet of banana leaf placed between the seafood and grill to avoid the fish being stuck to the grill and broken to pieces. KAILAN IKAN MASIN



Kailan ikan masin is a favorite vegetable dish using salted fish. Normally eaten with hot steaming rice, it is a must have menu for Thai restaurants in Malaysia.
